How we work
Four steps, in this order.

Quote
I walk the site, read the drawings, and come back with an itemised price. No allowances hiding the real number.

Fixed-price contract
A standard domestic building contract, fixed price, with the stages and payment points set out before anyone starts.
03
Weekly updates on site
Photos and a short written update every Friday, so you know what happened and what is next without chasing me.
04
Handover with the defects list closed
We walk through together, I write the list, and you get the keys once every item on it is done.

Who you’ll be dealing with.
I’m TODO_NAME. I started as an apprentice carpenter in TODO_YEAR and have been running my own jobs since TODO_YEAR, mostly between Bondi and Coogee.
